David Natiuk		Just to clarify a few things, as I have been asked how XanGo can make "claims" without FDA approval: The important thing to remember is that there is no need for FDA approval because we aren't making any HEALTH claims. The claims in the patent all relate to processes, the mixture, the marketing, etc. Think of the patent as a "Marketing" patent. It doesn't make any claims as to what XanGo juice will do... but it does give us protection against other competitors coming out with their own "Mangosteen Juice". It protects the process we have of making the juice, the blend of fruit juices, and the use & marketing of the entire Mangosteen fruit. It will be interesting to read the patent when it comes out.. or they might talk about it at the May Majors!! Make sure you get to one of those meetings if you can.
