David Lee Y S		Hi Troy, Here is what I had found out: --Hi David, Morinda sued Xango, had nothing to do with the juice. The founders of Xango worked for Morinda and during work hours used their resources to create their company Xango, that is why they are being sued. They were all fired. As far as I know they have not yet went to court.
