Apr 06, 2004 9:48 am Does anyone know about Xango and Morinda's legal spat??
Lorraine Almeida
Well said David,

What is past, is past... I am just curious though, if Morinda did file for bankruptcy, what happens to Noni Juice? I saw an ad in the local paper (here in Melbourne, Australia) advertising Noni.

Anyway, we have a fantastic product in XANGO and I am delighted to hear the testimonials I receive from people I have sold the product to... never fails to amaze me!

Yes, even my surgeon is on it - loves it and the latest report is that his joints are feeling better!

Best sales aid: My mouth! Just talking to people does it every time!

Regards
Lorraine

>>>Well, we do have a TOP legal team. I don't know many companies that have launched with an entire in-house legal department like XanGo did. They wanted to do it right from the beginning, and so far it appears they've been entirely correct.

>>>But you know, Morinda is a good company with a good product. Alot of people have benefitted from the Noni juice and it has been a terrific business for a huge amount of people. I'm a supporter of any company that does well in the Network Marketing arena, because it only brings more legitimacy to the whole field.

>>>Yes, I think XanGo is a far superior product and a tremendous opportunity right now (and will be for years). But the small legal spats don't really benefit anyone so I'm glad the issues have been worked out.
