One Way to Look at it |

Thanks everyone for your posts recently on the XanGo family. I have found that XanGo really has done a good job of fostering cooperation and teamwork, and less of the "Distributor vs. Distributor" competition I've experienced with so many other companies.
Part of that comes from the awesome compensation plan. The fact that you can get paid down as many as 9 levels, and the fact that you only advance in positions as you help others advance in positions really fosters development as a leader and not just a "recruiter".
I've heard Dwayne Dyer and Sherman Unkefer both allude to the fact that because of the 3% Global Bonus Pool... everyone really IS in the same downline. Once you reach Premier... you are getting a small portion of EVERYBODY'S purchases.
Finally, I've noticed at the convention and other Major events that people are constantly recognized for their achievements (ie. 5K, 20K, Premier, etc) but NEVER for the size of their commission check. Their has never been a sense of "Our #1 Distributor made xx amount of dollars"... so that really does eliminate the usual competition mode of person vs. person.
The neat thing is to see people being recognized for their efforts.. and the upline is up in front taking pictures, shaking their hands, giving hugs, etc. Great company! Great people! Go XanGo.
