I am forwarding a press release that was just issued today from the XanGo offices: XanGo Pursues Lawsuit Against New Vision for Patent Infringement Draper, Utah, 23 July 2004—XanGo, LLC (www.xango.net), the pioneer in mangosteen liquid dietary supplements, today announced the status of its patent infringement lawsuit against New Vision USA, Inc., New Vision International Holdings, Inc., NVI Manufacturing, Inc., and Benson K.
