I take some in the morning and some just before I go to bed. I had actually previously been taking a prescription to aid in my sleep, though I did not take it all the time. Since I have been using Xango I have stopped taking the prescription and I sleep more soundly and peacefully than I did with the other. That is my own personal experience and testimony.. Of coures I have only been using Xango for about 10 days to two weeks.

In other words, would that person get used to it so that it no longer kept him/her awake but instead helped the person sleep better? If anyone here has had that experience, do let me know! >
