Lisa Staten		Hey Richard, welcome to XanGo and to Ryze! I'm a fairly -well, really VERY new member to Ryze and have been a XanGo distributor since April. It is a great product. My oldest son, who has to "dissect" everything, broke down all the amounts of xanthones, antioxidants, etc. in the mangosteen juice and came to the bottom line conclusion that if you take 2 to 4 oz. of XanGo each day, you don't have to worry about eating your required amount of fruits and veggies to get all your nutrients. A great product for this fast-paced world, along with all the other great health benefits it has. Just wanted to say hi and hope to see you a lot on here and maybe at a XanGo get-together someday.
