Hey Richard,
Great post. I agree.. just listen to what people are looking for, "I'm Tired. I'm sick. These allergies are killing me. I've got aches and pains. Headaches... etc." When there is a need, you can offer XanGo as something that can help, "You know, I've been drinking a whole fruit beverage that might help you out. It tastes great too."
Another great way to "open the doors" is to respond to someone when they ask you what you do.
Q: What do you do? A: I market a functional health beverage.
That's it. That line opens the doors. This is direct from Bob Schmidt himself. :)
