08/06/04Cancer is man-made? #

Hilde Aardal

Since I am one of many who has Cancer, I must admit I am rather offended by a statement it is my "own way of living" which has given me Cancer.
Sorry, that is BS.

People who have never smoked a cigarette in their life, had one drink, eaten healthy food and kept a healthy life have suddenly been diagnosed with Cancer. Even without any Cancer in their family.

The "reason" why Cancer appears is in my eyes a X-Factor.
Unknown. Yes, we hear daily of things that can "give you Cancer". Even milk was at one point dangerous. I've heard it about everything from strawberries, carpets, candles, fish oil, too many vitamins and blueberries (heard that the other day).

How I live my life is my own business. I refuse to sit here and defend my life in order to claim I am innocent. Believe me, since I was diagnosed; I've heard I got it because I used the solarium for six months, cut my nosehairs with a nosehair cutter (haha) and 100 other reasons.

This Message Board is open for everyone who wants to sell, offer advice, support, new treatments or even arguments.
And it is open for anger. I am angry at the moment. I am currently going through chemo. I heard a woman say at the Cancer Hospital in Oslo, Norway:

"Chemo therapy is not our enemy, it is our friend".

What is a pity for many people in this world is the fact that they can not afford the therapy needed. They have to choose less effective therpay to fight many different diseases. Luckily for me, I live in a country where everything is FREE.

How people choose to fight their diseases is their own choice if they have a choice, that is.
I have chosen school medicine at the most modern hospital available in Norway. I have that choice fortunately.

No one can convince me that eating this or that, drinking this or that, doing this or that is more effective than the therapy I have to go through. However, I fully respect others for believing otherwise. BUT I refuse to listen to people who claim that my way of living has given me Cancer.

If we are to avoid everything that is said or has been said to produce Cancer, we might as well jump out of the 20th floor and be done with it.
Only my humble opinion, of course.

This is interesting. My father was diagnosed with diabetes while he was in the hospital. He never had a history of this, although his father did. It is hard to say why this occurred, but the information you provide about cancer being related to glucose is interesting. Feel free to message me privately with more information. Cynthia

07/31/04Curing Cancer #

M Antonio

A friend told me him his brother was taken off of chemo and had six months or so to live. I told him I had info that might save his life. He asked for more. I wrote back:

I can only summarize. An in-person meeting would be best.

Depending on who is the decision maker, as to what therapies he undergoes, it may already be too late. If the final arbiter is handing responsibility, to decide, to the MD's currently advising chemo, his death is probably imminent (hours to months, at best). If that arbiter (you, or another family member) is willing to do something different, even if it means telling the MD "thanks, but no thanks," and physically removing him, to care for him elsewhere, what I would suggest could save his life.

Disease, like the word implies, is a state of dis-ease, i.e., a contrary position. Cancer, like most, if not all diseases, is man-made, i.e., a result of an unnatural lifestyle (how we live) that brings it on. Therefore, the "simple" solution is to do the exact opposite of that which was being done before.

It is true that the most famous therapies of "cutting it out," "burning it out," and "poisoning it out" (surgery, radiation, and chemotherapy) can do some good, but, because they don't address the underlying problem (a lifestyle contrary to that which is truly natural / what mother nature intended), the cancer only comes back. These three famous "therapies" tend to leave their victim, if you will, worse off than when they started, oftentimes, much worse off.

The most famous and, thus, often used therapies, are only famous because of the violence that politics allows. Putting it simply, there are those who wish to be left alone and those who won't leave them alone. Those who won't leave them alone form collectives which they call "states" or "governments" that controls those who wish to be left alone. The end result is there is no true free market in the word of health and healing anymore than there is not in virtually every other field. "Medical boards" can and do take the "license" away from any "MD" who "practices medicine" in any manner contrary to what they will permit.

The average individual is conditioned to accept "M.D.'s" as the most knowledgeable authorities on health. This is due to their schooling and the media. The maverick M.D.'s who want to heal using another approach are usually bankrupted when their "license" to "practice" is taken away. The end result is virtually no one hears about them because they have little no advertising budget. The "word gets out" only through word-of-mouth and those few and far in between reporters who investigate further.

The most famous "therapies" are known as "conventional," the least famous, as "alternative," "complementary" or "integrative," which I will refer to collectively as "the nature cure."

There are numerous "nature cures," with some being more successful than others, depending, in part, on the particular cancer being addressed. If any of this sounds like it might be of interest, I can give you the names of various practitioners of nature cures (some MD, some not), so you can inquire further. I also have various books and magazine articles on this subject.

Again, an in person meeting would be best because, "seeing is believing."

If anyone reading this wants to know more, let me know.

Also, please visit and join the Better-World Project at http://betterworld-network.ryze.com/ and study my Ryze page.

Todd,

Research shows that the cancer feeds on glucose and other sugars. If you are suffering from cancer the last thing you want to do is feed it.

The best thing to do with cancer is prevent it. How eating your fruits and veggies and taking solid supplements, you can find out if your food intake and supplementation are working by getting scanned on the Pharmanex Bio-Photonic Scanner, the only accurate non-invasive measurement of antioxidants in your tissue.

If you have cancer currently I would strongly urge you to take supplements that are backed by proven clinical research. Two products I recommend to everyone I know that has an immune sytem are AiE10 (www.pxnkc.com) and Reishimax (www.pharmanexusa.com under pharmanex solutions) Both have been proven in independent cliical studies to either inhibit the growht of the most aggressive breast caner cells (Reishimax in a study published in the Journal of cancer integrative medicine done by Indiana University)or help support NKC levels to allow your body to fight off cancer AiE10 (read the research on the website)

If you are interested in finally preventing cancer or would like help fighting it visit my webpage under gotyournumber and clay thomas or contact me at 206-419-8225.

Sincerely,

Clayton Thomas

To all the best in helping you live better, longer.

This looks like a wonderful thing to do. I have already started reading how it works, but I must say this is also going to take an awful lot of courage on my part. When I read the part about the kid no loneger being alive, it crushed me..knowing that I would establish any kind of relationship with a kid and lose him/her. That is devastating..hope I can do this right.
Thanks.

I just found out about this network today and joined. Not knowing anything about your specific condition, I hope your cancer is in remission and that you are doing well. Cancer claimed both my mom (last August) and my dad, so it not something I am fond of and have hoped for a long time that modern medicine would find a cure.
God bless you,

07/15/04My Dad and his esophegectomy #

Cynthia Wittstruck

Well, I moved to my home state to be with my Dad. It has been a frustrating road. He had the esophagectomy and when he was in the recovery room, they punctured a hole in his trach. because they had to reintubate him. This caused leakage in his lungs. About a month later they figured this out and they tried to stitch it up. That didn't work. So, yesterday they put in a plastic stent hoping that will cover it up, although the doc said that they stint may not be long enough? Why didn't he know this before? Anyway, I am frustrated as hell, my Dad has pneumonia and is depressed. A few more days will tell us if the stent took hold, otherwise yet another procedure. Cynthia

George Payne

Hi Hilde,
I hope that when you get this you're back and feeling a little better. I know from my son Cameron that Chemo can be very debilitating, and takes a lot out of you. I wish you the very best. I'm sure Gunar will be a big help and comfort.

I just got back from Dacula, Georgia (I'm in Toronto, Canada), having flown down in my Piper Archer with my daughters Laura & Jaime, and Jaime's boyfriend Mark, who is Polish. Great to see my grandkids & visit for a week.

I'm going to help Cam with the "Cotton for a Cure" business he's set up, to market cancer slogan T-shirts with 30% of the net profits going to help cancer victims. I believe Cameron is sending you the T-shirt you said you wanted.

I'll be handling the operation in Canada, and look forward to being able to help victims and families of victims with their financial difficulties that result from having cancer.

Hang in there, and remember you have our support and love.

George

http://www.chemoangels.com/

If you know of anyone with cancer or life threatening illness, please check out chemoangels.com. They can sign up to be adopted by an angel and receive cards and little gifts. They can have a chemo angel or card angel. I think they can have both if they wish.

They also have a SENIOR program. This is for folks that are in nursing homes or shut in at home. I am a senior patient. I do not have cancer, but am disabled and do not go out unless I am going to the doctor.

It is a very good program and it brightens up a day when the postman delivers a package and cards to you.

They need volunteers to be angels for patients. Also Angels for Hope needs volunteers for crocheting of butterflies, angels and smiley faces.

You can check out at my niece site other organizations that needs volunteers for card sending, etc.

I have my happy mail project going and I have already sent out close to 200 cards and goodies to individuals. No one is obligated to send to anyone, but it does make you feel good to know a smile has been put on some child or sick adult's face.

I just wished that I know known about this years ago while I was still working.

Please check out all the places that needs volunteers at http://www.caringbridge.com/tn/babyharley . I have the names listed (clickables) close to the bottom of Harley's page.

Blessings to all,

jen

Please visit jen's place and read details about the happy mail project.

I hope you will write a message here, letting us all know how you are doing in your own battles. Little or small, this is not a competition. This is a place to vent, cry, ask questions or make comments :-)

See you around!
