Dear XanGo Distributor: Beginning October 1, 2004 business sign-ups will no longer be available online or over the phone. To sign on a business as a distributorship it will be necessary to fill out a New Distributor Application, along with a Statement of Beneficial Interest. These forms can be found online at www.xango.net. Once they are completely filled out, please send the forms to the XanGo Order Entry department by fax: (801) 816-8159, or mail: XanGo LLC, ATTN: Order Entry, PO Box 708670, Sandy, UT 84070. We are requesting this information to ensure that parties unconnected with your business will not have access to your distributorship.
